Will power

The more you use the will power, the more you become strong. Will power the combination of the willingness to change of life with the power to choose the challenging path.

Morning breeze

Being Alone

Be alone and try to observe yourself. Unknowingly you will be with some many thoughts. The type of thoughts you have can reveal about you. The observation will be helpful to change yourself from negatives if needed.

Patience

Being patient isn't an easy thing. Patience gives many best things. Once you experience the gift of patience, he/she can never urge with things.

Talk to subconscious mind

To talk to your subconscious mind you have specific timings where you can expect effective results. Commanding or ordering or instructing to the subconscious mind is more powerful. Again saying these methods will not help for wrong intentions. Early morning (the five minutes right after we wake up), five minutes before fall asleep and theta state of mind (meditation) are the right time to give instructions to subconscious mind.

Visualization

Creating visual imaginations to communicate to the universe. Visualising dreams in regular to get happened. This makes possible only for good thoughts. Wrong intentions will not be done through this.

Written letters

Wishes we want to become true has a power to happen when it's written regularly. A constant dreamer used to write his dreams of his/her aim. It's not only long term goals. One can write his/her very small wishes and accomplish it. Happiness one gets when the goal is achieved creates a great positive attitude and makes self encouragement. The writing habit makes one to push to do think, else the day would be incomplete.

Talk the most with silence.

Talking and sharing is common activity, but continuous words in all places will lead to value less, even the words are worthy. Speak out wherever necessary. Unless we know the situation completely, it's better to be listening to understand it.

Gratitude

"Grateful-feeling the wonders that has already happened"                  Gratitude is a wonderful factor that to be done with full hearted.  Being grateful to make what we need, what we desire, what we want to achieve. 
"Thanking - best thing to get wonders in return"         Start thanking to the universe for giving the beautiful life daily. Whatever we wish for a good purpose with a good heart just start by thanking the universe.                

The Dreams

"Dreaming - powerful factor when done at right time"           Dreaming isn't dreaming while sleeping. People used to have dream their life time achievements. One has to have a constant dream in which they are strong about it.          The right time to dream/ feel/ think with the passion that something one is willing to happen is early morning and the minutes just before sleeping at night.

Reading habits

Books One of the form to get away our thoughts from unwanted matters, negative thoughts, gossip talking, stress, etc. Is reading books. Reading book selection is depends on our taste but it is apart from bad or inappropriate selection. We our self turn out our thoughts to indulge into the reading habits, for that we must be very choosy in selecting a book which can make us interest in it. Now, I came to say about reading habit is one of the best form to get rid of us from other unwanted life factors which doesn't need in our life. As like meditation this also a difficult thing to start and proceed with. So, people we want to or trying to make changes in us start reading. 

Cleansing of Soul

It not only mean take a bath–soak yourself and  cleanse  your  soul .  Talk to your soul. Regular baths increase blood circulation, lymphatic drainage while reducing stress and mental fatigue.  You yourself be a third person and know the needs of your soul. Relaxing in a bath is a way you can connect with yourself and create healing, love, peace and harmony within your everyday life. Talk to your soul. You yourself be a third person and know the needs of your soul. Relax your soul, make it calm and peaceful. Make it prepare to accept all the positives around it.(only positive) Practicing makes us to get a new mind and with the new vision to the world.

Meditation

The best way to relax and make a form to mold ourselves. It creates a peace of mind. It is not an easy job to do meditation on the first go. All of us have to struggle for at least a limit to get gained. So, we have to be in patience and make it possible.

The power of mind

"To start within yourself is the best way to know where you go and for what purpose your birth is about."      "What do you think of yourself?"     Keep a BIG question towards yourself.     By doing so you start to keep a first step towards your development. The kind what I mean is the personal knowing and encouraging.      So, before stepping to know the yourself or to point questions towards you, Cleanse yourself.     The cleansing is nothing very tuff but a little, that depends on your control over yourself.      Ask yourself how many of you had never talk or think negative on things? "Nobody." Now, leave those that all has happened. It is nothing to do with our future. We are going to frame our future by our self. Steps to start: Try not to speak about others. Think of yourself. ("It doesn't mean be a selfish.") Pray- the best thing you could do to lifetime. It says have courage and not to blindly depend on anything. M
